This is somewhat belated, but very sincere, note of thanks for making our June 23 wedding at the Winslow Estate such a fantastic occasion. Everything flowed so beautifully, thanks to your superb advice and terrific organization and management that day.

In addition, the food and cake were delicious (we actually did east some of everything- and received many compliments from quests), all the servers and bartenders were so helpful and nice, and the whole set-up was beautiful.

It was a pleasure to work with you. We look forward to recommending The Casual Gourmet whenever possible in the future!

Dear Olive, Vicki and Sarah,

Thank you so much for your incredible planning and coordinating presence two weekends ago (June 22nd/23rd) for my daughter Sandra and now son-in-law Neil’s wedding. From our perspective, everything went beautifully (despite the dramatic little wind squall that came through – though thank goodness no rain!), and the food was outstanding. From the hors d’oeuvres, to the salad, to the main course, to the cake – it all looked exquisite and was delicious! And there were rave reviews from many of the guests.

Thank you as well for your patience with extra long toasts, and an unscripted musical offering tossed in. I know this all has the potential of throwing off your timing… but you managed to pull it off seemingly effortlessly. Magic!

I wish you a wonderful summer – although with the wedding season in full swing, I guess it will no doubt be a busy one! Thank you all again so very much.

Dear Olive,

I just wanted to tell you again what a fabulous job you and your staff did at the Read-Brown wedding. The food was absolutely divine from start to finish. The appetizers were so good and so irresistible and beautifully served, it was hard to save room for dinner. And the dinner was DIVINE! Best fish ever, perfect asparagus and the corn soufflé was to die for! I hope you have a moment to share the recipe for the corn soufflé. Again many thanks, you were no small part of making this the best wedding ever!
