Dear Olive,

We would like to thank you and the entire staff at the Casual Gourmet for the outstanding food and service you provided for our September 24, 2010 wedding at The Beach Club.

From the very first meeting we had with you and Sarah, to final moments of our reception, everything was perfect! We greatly appreciate all of the hard work that went into making the day happen and especially appreciate the extra effort that was made to ensure my food was Gluten free.

The food was amazing, the cake delicious, waitstaff wonderful and I honestly cannot say enough great things about Sarah Biggs. Working with Sarah was wonderful. From her flexibility on meetings and quick response to email questions to her calming and professional attitude as she organized our reception. The day was a success because of her and the wonderful staff at the Casual Gourmet.

We thank you for your hard work and look forward to working with you again in the future.
