I just wanted to send a thank you to you an absolutely wonderful wedding ceremony/reception at Heritage Museums & Gardens on June 1.  We lucked out with the weather that day, and the venue was absolutely beautiful but in particular I just wanted to note how wonderful and helpful your staff at Casual Gourmet are.

Stephanie Diaz stepped in just about two weeks before the wedding, so naturally I was a little concerned that some of the details that we had discussed might be lost, but Stephanie really went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect and that the day went off exactly as we had hoped.  I couldn’t imagine having a better experience on my wedding day, and I have to say that was in large part to Stephanie and Sophie and your staff. Stephanie is such a positive person and such a professional, she was meticulously organized and did a lot of corralling of our family members and going in between to help orchestrate a great ceremony.  We had a friend act as JP, so without a professional to do the ceremony one might have thought that could go awry but Stephanie and Sophie helped guide us so that the ceremony was literally perfect and intimate and personalized and so touching.  All of our guests raved about every aspect of the wedding, the venue, the service, the food, the timing… it was literally the best day of my life and one of the best weddings I have attended and I heard the same from a lot of our guests and family.  The food was delicious, the service was great- you have an awesome staff.

I believe that Stephanie is new to your staff and I just want to reaffirm what a true asset she is.  I do some event planning for my company and I get to work with some five-star vendors and I have a high level of expectation of professionalism and Stephanie absolutely exceeded that.  She really made our wedding day what we wanted it to be.
