What types of linens and place settings are available? Where can I see samples?
When it comes to realizing your vision for your reception, the linens and place settings you choose will have the single largest impact, so it’s important to really know what you’re getting. Because of our strong relationship with vendors such as Rentals Unlimited, The Casual Gourmet is able offer something no other caterer on Cape Cod provides; a place to actually see hundreds of tablecloths and napkins and dozens of place settings right in our Centerville location.

Will we be given the opportunity sample our menu prior to our wedding?
You want to make certain the food we serve your loved ones absolutely wows them. And so do we. At The Casual Gourmet, a menu tasting is never something you’ll have to ask for; it’s part of our service. Our chefs will prepare your menu exactly as it will be on your wedding day and we’ll serve you each course, from the passed hors d’oeuvres to the salad to the entrée, and make sure we wow you first.
Can you recommend a baker?
When you work with many caterers, you’ll need to find an additional vendor to supply your wedding cake. Because we have a team of dedicated, talented bakers on staff right at The Casual Gourmet, you’ll have no need to worry about finding a baker for your wedding cake. We’ll custom create your cake and make sure it tastes as incredible as it looks. And you’ll have one less thing to worry about!
Are you a full-service caterer?
When you’re choosing a caterer, you’ll find that some will handle only the food, while others offer overall coordination which is important, especially if you’re planning your wedding from far away. At The Casual Gourmet, you’ll work one-on-one with a wedding coordinator who will communicate your every wish to our entire team and your questions will never go unanswered, even during the Cape’s quieter winter months. While you’re getting ready for your wedding, we’ll all be making sure everything and everyone – from the décor elements to the florist to the entertainment – is just as it should be.
