Gluten-free requests have increased from about one per month in years past, to one per week last year, to almost daily. One of our priorities this winter was to do more research, educate our staff and source some of the exciting new products and ingredients that have become available. Although we were offering quite a few options already, we wanted to make the selection process more enjoyable for our clients and safer for their invited guests.
We are excited to announce that we now offer a separate gluten free menu with over 25 delicious hors d’oeuvres to choose from. Stay tuned in the near future as we unveil our special gluten free entree, dessert & cake menu options.
